We are changing our foam boxing service with a new to and from service. Our foam boxing service will be tailored to your order. (this pertains to extra parts with powdercoat).With increased costs of shipping we are going to offer you an affordable service with protection you can live with. Whats this do for you? This keeps you from having to get your own box made. This keeps you from having to pay the extras at the shipping depo which may cost $200-$300 one way. If we can provide a service that includes shipping a box and you shipping your blower back with our provided label. This will all cost less then your cost to ship back to us.
Here is what we are looking for. We do not need all the extra please read below in dark print for things we don’t need. The services we provide we focus on the mechanical side of superchargers. This is basically the superchargers drivetrain. From pulley to rotors or whatever parts that help rotate the rotors are the parts we need to look at.
please note and this extremely important. as long as unit is shipped with sealed oil leave it sealed. IF you open the unit up please sufficiently drain the oil and clean with a rag. reassemble the oil portion of the blower. it is preferred you leave your blower alone. Then wrap the blower in a garbage bag. Place blower in the box and apply the label to the outside.
INTERCOOLER FLUID DRAIN IT WE DONT NEED IT. IF YOU LEAVE FLUID HERE WE ARE CHARGING A MINIMUM FEE OF $250 FOR ANY EXTRAS. WE PROVIDE A $100+ SERVICE WE DONT NEED INTERCOOLER FLUID COMPROMISING THE BOX THEN POTENTIALLY THE BLOWER.
BOXES ARE MADE IN REFERENCE TO HOW THE PICTURES LOOK.IF YOUR BLOWER DOES NOT FIT INSIDE BOX ITS CAUSE YOU HAVE SOMETHING EXTRA ATTACHED.
