Ordering Information
All orders for service work, must have the invoice printed out & placed in the box with the original product. If there is no invoice with the product, production will be delayed until the customer contacts Jokerz and confirms their order # & proof of purchase. Only then can we proceed with the order. This goes for both individuals & shops.
We strongly recommend using our pre-made foam filled boxes (available on our website) for the safest shipping of your supercharger.
Boxing Information
Remove any and all sensors, injectors and throttle body (if possible). Protect any plastic parts, pulleys, intercoolers from damage. Use at least 2” of rigid packing material such as layered cardboard, solid pink construction foam board, instapak, etc. Packing peanuts do nothing to protect your packages, we recommend a dual walled box for heavier items.
